Operating
Instructions
1. Put fabric on fabric frame following the direction of arrows
and passing through (1), the galvanized iron tube that enters
the
frame shouldbe able to freely turn the fabric Insert fabric
according to its characteristics and the hardness or softness
needed for rolling.
2. When inserting flat weave fabric. pass over the top of foam-rubber
roller (4)after passing thruugh (1), (2) and (3).
3. After fabric passes over foam-rubber roller (4), use your
right
and to press the forward rotation switch and speed adjustment
utton on the control panel: this will cause the fabric to slowly
drop down towards inspection platform (5).
4. After serveral feet of fabric has come out, turn off the
speed adjustment knob.
5. Reset odometer (6) to zero: after passing fabric beneath
odometer (6), pass through galvanized iron tube (7) upwards
through spreading roller (8) and galvanized iron .roller (9);next
pass fabric through eleltric eye inspection device (E.P.C.)(10)
6. In the direction of inspection device, pass fabric beneath
galvanized iron tube (11) and upwards between two rollers (12)
and (13).
7. After mounting of cardboard tube and twisting it tight with
your hand in position between (12) and (13), adjust fabric bolcking
plates (14): fabric blockling plate on left should be line up
with electric eye on inspection device;the right hand side should
col sely approach the cardboard tube.
8. Turn on the edge straightening device E.P.C. switch, turn
the speed adjustment button on again and slowly increase speed.
9. If, when winding fabric, it is desired to go from forward
to reverse, the reverse direction winding button must be switched
on only after first switching machine off. If it is desired
to go from reverse to forward, it is also necessary to turn
machine
off and switch on the forward winding switch.
10. If it is discovered that fabric is being wound too loosely
or too tightly, Elastic screw (15)may be adjusted according
to instructions. Foam-rubber roller (13) must be rotating when
this adjustment is made.
11.After fabric is completely wound, use hand to push fabric
onto work platform (16), mount another cardboard tube and begin
to operate again.
12.When stopping work, fi rst turn off edge straightening device
and
then turn off the machine' s main switch. |
