★本机系改善布匹缩水加工专用梭织布防缩之机械，针对不同布料，使用不同压力达到从O一15％之缩率控制，增加布匹之手感，并利用羊毛毯与布产生热交换。
★本机分2系列:
(1)标准机种统一驱动。
(2)为各单元机独立驱动以变频同步连动控制。
★我们提供机台上全部蒸汽配管所需之开关阀／减压阀／蒸汽分配器连接至各部，如接至入布蒸汽及接至预缩轮、烘乾轮及毛毡烘乾轮之入汽设备，减压阀可调适蒸汽压力至回转接头，并由各滚轮排出至却水器达到冷凝水排出。
★This machine is improving fabrics shrinkage for woven,
it's controlled rate of compacting between 0-1 5% in
different pressure for different fabrics.
★Two series :
(1 )Standard of main driver.
(2)Independent driver by synchronized operation control.
★We provide all the equipments required for the steam
piping on the machine bench, such as switch valve,pressure reducing
valve and steam distributor to be connected to various
parts, for example, fabric entry steam box and the steam
inlets of shrinking roller, drying roller and felt drying
roller; the pressure reducing valve allows the regulation
of the pressure of the steam leading to the rotary joint
and passing through the roller to be condensed in the
steam condenser and then drained off. |

喷蒸汽 STEAMING ROLLER
■喷蒸汽采用不锈钢制造，设有喷汽装置及喷泉水装置，咂蒸汽箱本厂采用汽水喷泉雾混合装置，可调整控制喷量，使布匹表面均匀湿润。
Steam box is made by stainless steel,it's includes steam
jetting device and water jetting device, steam box we
used the condensate spray mix device it can adjust spurt
amount, causes the degree of the wetness of the fabric
to be more uniform and stable to attain the maximum effect
of pre-liminary shrinking。 |

预缩机最主要设备，分为橡胶毯及羊毛毯两种：
Rubber felt & endless, felt are the main device of
compressive shrinking M/C:
羊毛毯： 采用6％一8，1；厚度之羊毛毯，经烘乾轮之加热与织物产生热交换作用，达到压平，手感等效果。
The felt thickness is 3m/m-8m/m, there is heat exchange
between drying roller and cloth in order to pressing smooth
manner and increasing surface soft.
像胶毯： 厚度约67—70mm分为：①天然胶毯 ②合成胶毯
平均寿命：天然胶毯约600万码／条 合成胶毯约800万码／条
Rubber Belt: Its thickness about 67-70mm,has two items:
①Natural Rubber Belt ②Synthetic Rubber Belt
Average Life: Natural Rubber Belt:6,000,000 yard/rod
